South African Justice system.... Or is it....

Seems like our whole country is fighting these days, I joined our local CPF about 5 years ago with the thought that by helping our local police station we can fight crime and maybe get a better city for ourselves and our kids. It all started out okay and it seemed like fun and a good deed, but then as the years went past and I worked myself deeper and deeper into the saps system and CPF system I started to see things and wonder why are we doing what we are doing. Our local CPF has various kinds of people, obviously because most of them come from the community, we have those few people who will and always has been dedicated to the local CPF regardless of what happened, and I was one of them. Then we have those that only want the leadership positions, we never see them on the road patrolling with the rest of us, in fact you will never see them anywhere, not even at fundraisers, at the CPF meetings they are the first ones to apologise for not being at the meeting. Then there is those that will help when they have time, and we appreciate their help and support, they are the ones that you see every second weekend or so out on the road patrolling the streets trying to make a difference. Ok so that’s the basic CPF structure, now to get to the SAPS part of it, it is here where my loyalty and dedication fell to a complete new low. At our local SAPS we have obviously all the ranks and stripes we can ask for, but these ranks and stripes mean absolutely nothing to me anymore, I have lost all my respect and love for our local SAPS. Inside our local SAPS we have various police officers, most of them, I mean like 80% of them will never help the local CPF members with any queries whatsoever, they just float past the day and hope that they don’t get called out an hour before shift change, they are the ones who should respond to our calls, seeing that the CPF is the extra eyes and ears for the police, but this unfortunately never happens. What the police forgot is that the local CPF is also the local community members, and by not assisting and helping the local CPF automatically the community members turn their backs on the local police, now this is where the problem is, we start having a CPF that acts completely on their own, taking the law into their own hands. Luckily we do have those few police officers that will help anytime any day regardless of the time of day, they will go the extra mile for the community and CPF, they will give their all and even a bit more, but now these officers gets seen as nothing by their own superiors and sometimes forgotten when it comes to praise etc. Right, so that is the sweet and the short of it so far, now to get to another point, Government rolled out this plan to establish local CPF’s everywhere to assist the police in community and sector policing, but they never thought of equipping the CPF with basic needs etc. they don’t help with anything, they expect the community to try and get their own resources and equipment, now please do remember the relationship between the CPF and SAPS regards to help… There is absolutely no way that people will spend money on something if they will only be able to function halfway due to the fact that we do not get the support from saps so desperately needed. The biggest problem in our local community right now is drugs, the drugs has become so available that in our local community I would basically be able to take you to any street and guarantee you a drug house or at least a few drug users, and somehow this is being overlooked. I remember the one day we assisted a certain police officer to arrest a drug dealer, when he took us through the whole procedure of how to book the drugs, open dockets etc. I saw something that showed me we are fighting a losing battle, most of the officer at the local station never even knew what we booked in, they have never seen this stuff and they don’t know what it’s used for. This is a big problem for the community and the police as a whole how will we fight the drugs in our communities if the police don’t even know what the stuff looks like, they had no clue whatsoever, no idea not even an opinion of what it was. I honestly think our whole justice system is a waste of taxpayer’s money and time. Below you will find a piece that I removed from the constitution as it is written in the constitution bill of rights, this certain section basically outlines the framework to what the police should be doing in our community, and what the police should be doing for the community. This will basically clarify what your right is when it comes to police service and what we expect from our police, and obviously not getting. First of all I would like to talk about each point individually but then point number one, there is actually nothing to speak about, there is currently no structures whatsoever in the national police force, definitely not in our community. So let’s move swiftly along to point number two. Basically it says the police needs to take into consideration the requirements, of the province, THE REQUIREMENTS. You see this is where my problem comes in with the police, our requirements are not being met by the police or not even being handled, Kids are dying every day around us because of the enormous amount of drugs flowing through our community, and all they sit and do is worry about a stolen car here and there, yes that stolen car might have some drugs in it as well, but these people the main “DRUG LORDS” they don’t drive around with stolen cars or break the law, no they are good law abiding citizens. And what ticks me off even more is the fact that the police know exactly who is who, and they just leave them. So now my question to you is? Mother and Father how long are you going to wait before you child dies from drug abuse because you local police are too scared to do something. Point number three this is where the constitution talk about how the police should protect us and combat crime. Community members let’s be honest with each other, if you have to sit around and wait for the police to come and protect you, then you as good as 2010, gone. But now if you do protect yourself against a burglar or anyone trespassing on your property the law is setup in such a way that it favours the scum (criminal). The only way we would be able to stop this mess in our community is if we stand up as a community and fight this together, we take them on and chase them out. If the Police doesn’t want to help then we need to help ourselves, but for the love of God people our children is busy dying because of this, lets stand united and fight this war against DRUGS. This brings me back to the “Druggies” this is becoming an epidemic in our community and they are running our community, the users are scared of the bosses selling the drugs and it seems to me the police as well. I ask the Mothers and Fathers of the community go and get your sons and daughters tested, it doesn’t matter how much you believe them or how much your trust them, the question is, Do you want to see them DIE??? Chapter 11 Section 205. Police service 1. The national police service must be structured to function in the national, provincial and, where appropriate, local spheres of government. 2. National legislation must establish the powers and functions of the police service and must enable the police service to discharge its responsibilities effectively, taking into account the requirements of the provinces. 3. The objects of the police service are to prevent, combat and investigate crime, to maintain public order, to protect and secure the inhabitants of the Republic and their property, and to uphold and enforce the law.

Say it like it is

BLATANTLY RACIST AND ALARMIST OR REALISTIC?
CERTAINLY NOT POLITICALLY CORRECT.

Dr Marc Faber, an ex South African and a leading investment guru, tells it how it is.......
(this was published in a UK paper).
Let us hope he has it wrong - it’s pretty heavy .
South Africa – The Future
I expect, like me, you are aware that there has never been a prosperous black-led country, but perhaps it’s just because of “bad luck”, or whatever, for that incontrovertible fact.
Take Haiti as an example. Before the black slaves revolted and killed all the whites and half castes Haiti had a GNP greater than most of what is now the USA . It supplied 60% of all the sugar used in Europe. Today it is a wasteland. Apparently if you Google Earth the place you see is a sere, brown coloured landscape compared to the neighbouring Dominican Republic which is green and verdant. Twice the USA has occupied Haiti , building roads, ports, hospitals and schools while putting in a functional society. The moment the Americans left they reverted to dictatorship, voodoo, witchcraft, corruption and barbarism. They did not stagnate, they regressed to the primitive savagery of their forefathers

Since the 1960s, when the Congo expelled the Belgians this has been a mirror of African regression, moving steadily southwards until the example of Zimbabwe . Once a prosperous, well educated exporter of food the population now eat rats to survive.

Will SA go the same way?

There are those optimists who say “No, we have such a strong economy, such sophisticated infrastructure, such a talent pool, that we can never sink”.

My belief is that they have not considered the root cause of Africa’s failure. A cause that is not spoken about as it is fearfully politically incorrect, and probably illegal to speak about. That cause is the deficiencies of the black ”mentality”, for want of a better word.

Are there differences between races, or is race just a meaningless social construct? Until recently, I believed all races were the same under the skin variations, and that perceived differences were only the result of cultural differences. I believed in a common and equal humanity.

But things did not always ring true, observable anomalies were inexplicable if all men are the same.

Why, under apartheid, did the Indians prosper, become doctors, scientists, educators, merchants and professionals while the vast majority of the equally oppressed black Africans remained hewers of wood?

Why can black Africans run, jump and throw better than honkies, but why, out of a billion of them, have they never invented a single thing of any worth? Why have they, collectively, contributed absolutely nothing to the advancement of humanity.
Well the physical thing, the running, throwing bit is easily and uncontroversial answered. Simple, people of African descent (especially the Jamaicans) are genetically better equipped in this regard. Their muscle fibres are different and the typically have 15% more free testosterone than other peoples. Acknowledging this is regarded as racism. Unfortunately, racist or not, that is proven and a fact. Google it and you will find that for over 70 years, in test after test, done by dozens of university professors and Nobel laureates plus USA government studies, most people of African descent trail other races by a wide margin.

Of course I.Q. tests have been attacked, especially by those who perform badly at them, as one might expect them to do. Detractors claim cultural bias, dysfunctional families, past oppression, poor schooling and a host of other reasons for poor black performance, but the professors defend their contention that I.Q. is largely an inherited trait; that differences are inherent, built into a person’s inherited DNA.

For every argument attacking the validity of these tests they have a host of results confirming their accuracy and typicality. Fascinating stuff if you are interested in reading up on it.

The effect of high/low I.Q. has also been studied in depth, with fairly predictable results. Low I.Q. individuals performed badly in social class, family stability, income, educational levels, illegitimate pregnancy, single parent families, rate of prison incarceration, rape, violent crime etc. etc. etc.

I.Q. measurement measures different facets of intelligence and mental competence. Sadly it is in the absolutely vital sphere of cognitive ability that blacks score worst. This means they score abysmally in things like forward planning and anticipating the consequences of their actions.

It is this I.Q. (and testosterone) disparity that is blamed for the fact that African Americans are 5 times more likely to be imprisoned than white (including Hispanic) Americans, 9 times more likely than Americans of Asiatic descent. All in line with I.Q. distributions.

Once imprisonment for violent crimes are computed the numbers become stratospheric. These are American government collated statistics, so pretty accurate. Our government in SA do not, for obvious reasons, publish similar stats, but a pound to a pinch of salt they are even more astounding.

So why the lecture on I.Q.?

Well for a start you must understand that our ruling party are voted into power by a largely moronic plebiscite. I choose the word moronic intentionally. If the cut off point for moronic is an I.Q. of 70, half the voting population would be classified as such.

Only one in 40 black South Africans achieves the average I.Q. of his white fellow citizens. One in a hundred have the I.Q. to achieve university entrance requirements. That is why only one in ten blacks pass our dumbed down Matric (with a pass percentage of 30% in many cases). One in 6000 black grade one learners will pass Matric with both Maths and Science.

Simply put, they are bloody stupid, and they rule us. Furthermore Zoooooma says they will rule us until the second coming. I believe him.

This explains why the ANC have such idiots in their positions of power and influence, the likes of Zuma, Malema, Khomphela and Cele. They are, unfortunately, the best they have! Well, they are the best blacks they have. All the critical positions in government are held by Indians, coloureds or whites, something I am grateful for but which pisses Malema off big time .

Will this last? I doubt it. The black/white polarisation is growing and the rhetoric is becoming more extreme. Listen to the pub or workplace chatter, read the blogs and comments sections of the newspapers and it becomes obvious. Whites are gatvol at the waste, corruption and stupidity of the black elite. Blacks are demanding, as their right, the wealth of the whites by means of redistribution of assets. No matter that they have not worked for those assets, they claim them as the spoils of war.

Just in the past week the Mayor of Pretoria, Malema, a minister and Winnie have gone on record as blaming whites for sabotaging redistribution and exploiting blacks. Malema calls out “Kill the boers for they are rapists” to thunderous applause by university students Four influential ANC opinion makers who are echoing the groundswell of mutterings in the ghettoes. The natives are getting restless.

KAK KOM! Mark my words.

Things are not going to improve. They cannot, there is no reason to believe our slow slide into a failed state can be reversed with our current regime, and there is no prospect whatsoever of there being a change to governance based on meritocracy. Anyone who believes otherwise, or that the ANC can mend their ways, is living in LaLa land. They do not have the intellect.

Like the proverbial frog in the slowly heating pot we have become inured to the slow collapse of our hospitals, schools, courts, water supplies, roads, civil service and service levels. They will become totally dysfunctional shortly. Inevitably so. Those in charge do not have the mental capacity to organise things.

Our economy and Rand is reliant on short term “hot” funds from overseas that can flee at the touch of a computer button, and probably will if our Rand weakens. Conversely we need a weaker Rand to encourage exports.

6 million taxpayers support 12 million recipients of social grants, and that figure is set to rise this year. The National Health Insurance scheme will happen, no matter how unaffordable. That will push our social grant costs up to four hundred billion Rand. Four hundred billion Rand which produces absolutely no product. Inflation is set to stay and worsen. The consequence of being the biggest socialist state on earth. I do not believe the ANC has the intellect to conceptualise how big a billion is, let alone 400 billion, or what effect this will have on the economy.

You do not believe Malema’s call to nationalise the mines? This guy articulates what the hoi polloi are thinking, but the ANC leadership will not say yet. The tactic is to set the bar high, then lower it and the victims will sigh with relief and say it could have been worse. So perhaps it will not be total nationalisation but rather 51%, a’ la Zim. Just look north for revelation, Zuma does.

Who would have believed that this country would ever be headed by an unschooled, rape accused, adulterous, corrupt, sex obsessed bigot like Zuma. Anything is possible with the ANC.
Summary.

You have few years left to enjoy what is left of the glorious SA lifestyle, especially in the Cape , but understand it is not permanent. The end could be sudden as the tipping point is reached, just as it was sudden for those Zim, Zambian, Mozambican or Angolans whites. It could, conceivably, be as bloody as the Hutu/Tutsi uprising when primitive tribal bloodlust overcomes a thin veneer of inculcated civilisation.

Enjoy it while you can, and enjoy it in the Cape where the population mix is more favourable, but be aware that change is inevitable. Your children must get a world class education, because they will not be adults in SA. Get assets stashed offshore, you and your children will need them there.
This is a huge WAKE UP SOUTH AFRICA call!!!!

There are lots of South African articles doing the rounds, this is one of the best.
I have always tried to understand why Africa has not prospered with all the mineral wealth and available labour.
This is without a doubt the most plausible explanation for me.

Together we can change South Africa.

Dear Bloggers

In this day and age, it is important to have a little extra spending money.

That is my main goal - To help the people in S.A. Make Money!

My second goal is to educate about money. If you read "The Ultimate Prosperity Plan"
eBook, follow the few easy steps and really implement them in your life you will truly be
financially independent.

You will get access to this eBook when you sign up under me using this link:
http://www.makeamil.co.za/?ref=willievanwyk

The sad thing is, we see so many people that earn a lot of money in their workplace,
BUT never have enough money to get by. They stay forever in the "Rat Race" and have
no chance of ever getting out, if nobody teaches them how.

Eventually those people do not have sufficient funds to retire on. You see so many
elderly people that really struggle to get by. Working way past the retirement age,
just because they cannot afford NOT to work. Don't let this be you!

Hopefully we can get the message out there and start a revolution. Teach our
children the principles of money and create an educated community and country.

It seems a bit far-fetched to reach the whole country, but we can certainly try.
Who knows, maybe a generation or two from now we can really sit back
and say: "You know what, I was part of that."

I hope to see you on our side.

Together we can really make a difference in this beautiful country of ours.

I wish you all the best.

Micro and Macro Marketing

These next couple of weeks, I want to talk about marketing and it would be highly appreciated if you can give your opinion. As you know I am a new student busy studying my Diploma in Marketing. There is a few points of discussion that I want us to talk about and hopefully get some feedback.

Marketing, when I first started the classes I thought good, A couple of nights here and there a few exams and my sales will sky rocket, Well I guessed wrong, marketing is more than just selling and advertising. Marketing can be defined by taking into consideration two aspects of marketing that is micro-marketing and macro-marketing definition.

Micro marketing is a set of activities within a firm that seeks to accomplish organisations objectives by anticipating consumer needs and directing the flow of need satisfying goods and services from producer to consumer.

Macro-marketing is a social process that seeks to direct the flow of goods and services from the producer to the consumer by marketing supply and demand and thereby obeying the objectives of the society.

Now what I would like is if you can give your opinion about these two completely different markets and why you think the one is better than the other. Then also what you think the micro-macro dilemma is and what impacts it can have on your products life cycle.
